1."Start-up fee" is the depreciation rate of the instrument and equipment ×the number of hours used, and the depreciation rate of the instrument and equipment = the book value of the instrument and equipment ÷ (depreciation period× the number of hours used in the specified year)。

Equipment depreciation rate of this instrument = equipment value: 800,000 yuan÷ (depreciation period: 5 years× years of use: 800) ≈ 200

Therefore, the start-up fee of this instrument is 200 yuan/hour；

2.Consumables cost composition (unit: RMB/hour)：

Utility bills：￥20

Regular environmental expenses (dedicated air conditioning fees, etc.)：￥30

Regular maintenance and repair costs of the instrument：￥200

Venue rental and other expenses：￥50

total：￥300

3.Refer to the proposed fee standard, and give a discount to the fees charged by the school object, and the school will be 7% off. Taking into account the characteristics of the use of the equipment, the minimum unit duration for the reservation is 2 hours.

4.This fee standard is formulated in accordance with the "Interim Management Measures for the Open Use of Valuable Instruments and Equipment of Xiamen University".

5.To apply for the use of the laboratory, you must first fill in the "Registration Form for Technical Services of X-ray High-end Equipment Laboratory of Xiamen University" (see Appendix).
