X-ray high-end equipment radiation shielding laboratory management system
2025-01-01
In addition to the relevant national regulations on the management of radiation health protection, the laboratory should also comply with the following regulations: basic principles: actively promote a radiation safety culture, and make every effort to protect teachers and students from unnecessary interference. All radioactive operations and use of equipment must minimize the dose of external radiation to which the human body is exposed, giving priority to human health and safety.
1.Operating procedures
1.1 Do a good job of cleaning the laboratory before the experiment and maintain a good working environment of the machine. Radiation warning signs must be placed outside the shielded room; Before activating the radiation equipment, it is important to confirm that the motorized lead door of the shielded room is tightly closed to avoid radiation leakage.
1.2 Operate in strict accordance with the instruction manual and put an end to all illegal operations.
1.3 According to the needs of experimental samples, the irradiation parameters should be reasonably selected.
1.4 Observe the condition of the radiation shielding room at any time, check whether the machine is normal if there is an abnormality, and stop the machine immediately if it is abnormal.
1.5 After the experiment, the light source should be turned off and the power should be turned off, and the radiation shielding room can only be entered after the confirmation indicator light is turned off.
1.6 After all experiments, be sure to confirm that all equipment has been properly closed, and the doors and windows are closed before leaving; If biological experiments are conducted, the experimental area must be cleaned before leaving.
2. Safety and security system
2.1 Only a single device is allowed to operate in the radiation shielding room; Under no circumstances shall two or more radiating devices be activated at the same time.
2.2 Conspicuous radiation warning signs shall be set up at the entrance of the radiation shielding room, and non-laboratory personnel shall not be allowed to enter without permission; All radiation-related operations must be carried out under the guidance of laboratory personnel; It is strictly forbidden to turn on the device without a person present.
2.3 When teaching in the adjacent classroom, all radiation testing activities must be stopped in the radiation shielded room.
2.4 The radiation shielded room should be strengthened and a 24-hour video surveillance system must be installed in the room to monitor the use of the laboratory for subsequent review.
3. Ledger management system
3.1 Establish a light source ledger management system, with instrument name, model, irradiation energy, radiation current, radiation time, use, etc.
3.2 Strictly manage the use of light sources, and resolutely put an end to the occurrence of indiscriminate use and use.
3.3 The retired light source should be recycled by a qualified unit or manufacturer, and it should not be destroyed without permission or in an unmanaged state.
3.4 The radiation safety management personnel shall supervise, inspect and implement the light source ledger.
4. Personnel training plan and monitoring program
4.1 All personnel engaged in radioactive experiments must abide by the laws and regulations on radiation protection, accept occupational health monitoring and personal dose monitoring management, and master the knowledge of radiation protection and relevant laws and regulations, and pass the radiation safety training and assessment organized by the unit.
4.2 Radiology laboratory personnel must keep personal measurement and test data and conduct regular health examinations. Experimental staff must do a good job of publicity and education on the safe use of radioisotopes and radiation devices, wear personal radiometers, and strictly abide by the operating procedures and regulations for the use of radioisotopes and radiation devices.
4.3 Radiation alarms are installed in different locations in the surrounding classrooms to ensure that the radiation level meets the safety standards stipulated by the state. If radiation levels exceed safety standards anywhere, all experiments should be stopped immediately and the necessary radiation clean-up and screening should be carried out. According to the "Measures for the Safety and Protection of Radioisotopes and Radiation Devices", a third-party qualified company shall be entrusted to conduct radiation monitoring of radiation sites every year, and a monitoring report of radiation sites shall be issued.
4.4 When new radiographic equipment enters a radiation shielded room, an environmental impact assessment must be re-conducted. Experimental operations can only be started after confirming that the equipment meets all environmental standards.
